Meet Lori Karas - Executive Advisor

Lori Karas is an executive advisor who collaborates with CEOs, Boards, and leadership teams to enhance governance, improve alignment, and provide clarity in decision-making. With over two decades of senior leadership experience across for-profit, not-for-profit, nonprofit, and State Government organizations, Lori has held significant roles such as Market CEO, COO, and senior government leader, guiding complex organizations through growth, operational transformation, and strategic change.

In addition to her advisory role, Lori is an accomplished speaker, MC, and on-stage interviewer, often engaged to facilitate high-impact leadership conversations at conferences and executive forums.

She possesses deep experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as a board member, advisor, and leadership partner to mission-driven organizations. Lori also took on the role of Rotary International District Governor (2023–2024), leading a network of clubs dedicated to community impact, leadership development, grants, and global service.
